RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Cosmetology Hub Ltd reserves all rights to refuse any services or products to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate language or behavior will result in immediate termination of services, and we reserve full rights to define what is deemed as inappropriate language or behavior. A zero-tolerance policy is enforced.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. Should your good not be in stock at the time of your oder, you will be contacted via email or telephone advising if you would prefer to wait, or if you would prefer a refund. Should you require any information concerning your service or order, please email me at email@example.com quoting your name, number and order number. If we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer or purchases attempted by you at any time, without reason.
All goods purchased should be inspected once you receive them, this is the liability of the customer. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Most payment methods are accepted VISA, MasterCard, Stripe, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and BACS. Payments are usually debited immediately and you’ll get a confirmation your payment has been received, The address must match that of the cardholder in an attempt to prevent fraud. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Cosmetology Hub Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note Cosmetology Hub retains ownership of the good until full payment has been made by you and successfully received by Cosmetology Hub Ltd.
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, or over the phone, there will be a legally binding contract.
Skin Consultations are conducted on a best efforts basis using the tools and resources available to us, both in the treatment room, and Virtual Consultations. By no means is the advice or recommendation of products given, any medical advice. You should consult with your doctor. Especially if you have any health conditions or reasonably believe why you should consult with a doctor. There will be no returns services for a skin consultation, virtual or in-house. Although I’ve had great success with most of my clients, it’s best you seek medical advice from a medically trained professional after receiving my advice and recommendations.
If you are receiving facial treatments you MUST follow the pre and post-care steps explained to you on the day of treatment, in addition to any advice provided over email and phone.
The distance selling regulations ensure you have the legal rights to cancel any of your orders within 7 business days from the date of your purchase. Please ensure the products are unopened, unused condition. For further details of how to return the merchandise please see our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to Cosmetology Hub, 54 Cherrybrook Close, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE4 1EH, UK. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail, over the telephone or by fax or post. Cosmetology Hub Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at email@example.com or by calling us on the following number 07739 565 751 and I will acknowledge your returns. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned.
On receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be issued of the full amount you paid. Refund of delivery costs is not included and is the liability of the customer unless the goods are faulty or have been dispatched incorrectly. Refunds will be issued back to the same card used to purchase the goods.
